For the first time ever, the World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade beta test lasted a little over two months. The beta test began on September 6th and ended on November 22nd, just in time for Thanksgiving in the United States.
Players who were lucky enough to get into the beta test had a chance to explore the new Outland continent, as well as try out the two new races, the Blood Elves and the Draenei. They also got to experience the new flying mounts, which were a huge addition to the game.
Overall, the beta test was a success, and players who were able to participate in it had a great time. It gave them a chance to experience the new content that was coming in the expansion, and it also allowed Blizzard to test out the new content and make sure that it was working properly.
If you were lucky enough to participate in the World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade beta test, then you know that it was a great experience. If you didn't get a chance to participate, then you can still look forward to the expansion, which will be released on January 16, 2007.
