There are a few things you'll need before attempting to break into Arcatraz:

Once you have everything you need, you can begin the process of breaking into Arcatraz.

The first thing you'll need to do is fly to the instance entrance, which is located in the northeastern corner of Netherstorm. Once you're at the entrance, you'll need to kill theses flying enemies:

-3 Tempest keep defenders

-1 Warp-Gate Operator

Once you've killed the Warp-Gate Operator, the path to Arcatraz will open up and you can fly in.

Once you're inside, you'll need to make your way to the first boss, Dalliah the Doomsayer. She can be found in the central area of the instance.

The next boss you'll encounter is Harbinger Skyriss. He can be found in the northeastern area of the instance.

Once you've defeated these two bosses, you'll have access to the final boss, High Botanist Freywinn. He can be found in the southwestern area of the instance.

Defeating High Botanist Freywinn will complete the instance and you'll be able to loot the instance for some great rewards.
