Blizzard has announced that flying will be locked in the new expansion, Shadowlands, until players have completed the expansion's storyline. In this guide, we will discuss how to unlock flying in Shadowlands.
Players will need to have completed the expansion's storyline and reached level 60 to unlock flying. Once players have reached level 60, they will need to purchase a flying mount from their faction's vendor in Oribos. The cost of the mount will be 5,000 Anima.
Once players have purchased the mount, they will need to complete a quest chain to unlock flying. The quest chain will start with the quest "To Take Flight" from their faction's quest giver in Oribos. The quest chain will take players through the different areas of Shadowlands and will culminate with the quest "Soaring into Shadowlands".
Once players have completed the quest chain, they will need to purchase a flight path from their faction's vendor in Oribos. The cost of the flight path will be 5,000 Anima.
Once players have purchased the flight path, they will be able to fly in Shadowlands.
