how to unlock machinist ffxiv

1. First, you need to complete the quest "Candle in the Wind" which is obtained by talking to Hildibrand in any major city.

2. Once you have completed the quest, you need to head to Ul'dah and talk to Alys - she will send you on a short fetch quest to get some fireworks.

3. After obtaining the fireworks, you need to head to the Goblet and speak to R'ashaht Rhiki. He will send you on a short hunt to kill some enemies.

4. Once you have completed the hunt, you need to head back to Ul'dah and talk to Alys again. She will give you the key to unlock the Machinist job.

1)Meet the requirements: You must have a level 50 Disciple of War or Magic. If you do not have a level 50 Disciple of War or Magic, you will not be able to become a Machinist.

2)Complete the quest "To Ehcatl!": You must first complete the quest "To Ehcatl!" in order to become a Machinist. This quest is given by your Grand Company's Elder Seedseer.

3)Purchase the Machinist's License: After completing the quest "To Ehcatl!", speak to your Grand Company's Quartermaster and purchase the Machinist's License for 400 Seals.

4)Register as a Machinist: Once you have obtained the Machinist's License, go to any of the major cities in Eorzea and locate the Guild Registry. Once there, register as a Machinist to complete the process.
