New World is an upcoming massively multiplayer online game from Amazon Game Studios. It is a sandbox MMO set in a fictional, alternate history Earth during the 17th century. Players will be able to join one of three factions, the Colonialists, the Aztecs, or the Incas, and will have the ability to play as one of several different unique classes. The game will feature a dynamic, player-driven open world where players will be able to explore, farm, craft, and build settlements. New World is currently in development and is scheduled to be released in 2020.
