When is World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King Classic releasing?

Wrath of the Lich King Classic, the long-awaited expansion to Blizzard Entertainment's massively multiplayer online role-playing game, is finally releasing on August 27, 2019! The expansion will bring players back to the frigid northlands of Northrend to face off against the evil Lich King and his undead army.

This will be the second time that Wrath of the Lich King has been rereleased, having originally launched back in 2008. The expansion will be available to players who purchase the World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth expansion.
