When is the WoW: Wrath of the Lich King pre-patch?

The Wrath of the Lich King pre-patch is live! The pre-patch is a preparation patch that introduces new features and changes in preparation for the release of Wrath of the Lich King. Some of the changes introduced in the pre-patch will be reverted or modified before Wrath of the Lich King is released.

Patch 3.0.2 introduced the following changes and features:

The Argent Tournament: Players can now participate in the Argent Tournament, a new PvP event located in Icecrown. The tournament features daily quests and weekly dailies, and culminates in a large-scale battleground called the Argent Coliseum.

Inscription: Inscription is a new profession that allows players to create glyphs that can permanently enhance spells and abilities. Inscriptionists can also create darkmoon cards, which are used in a new minigame called the Darkmoon Faire.

The Darkmoon Faire: The Darkmoon Faire is a new monthly event that features a variety of carnival games and attractions. The Faire also offers a variety of Darkmoon Cards, which can be used to purchase rare and unique items.
