when will season 12 of apex legends come out

Apex Legends Season 12 is expected to release on October 6, 2020. This date was leaked by data miners, and though it has not been confirmed by Respawn Entertainment, it seems likely that this is when the new season will begin.
The new season will bring a new Legend, map, weapon, and more to the popular battle royale game. Here's everything we know about Season 12 so far.
A new Legend:
The most exciting addition coming in Season 12 is a new Legend. Her name is Valkyrie, and she is the daughter of the Apex Games' creator, James "The Legend" McCall. Not much is known about her abilities, but it is said that she will be able to fly and call in missile strikes.
A new map:
A new map is also coming in Season 12, called Olympus. It is a gigantic city located on a floating island, which should make for some interesting fights.
A new weapon:
A new gun called the Bocek Bow will also be added in Season 12. It is a powerful and accurate bow that can fire up to eight arrows in a single clip.
