1. TALENTS

Standart raid build, for players with the best gear. You can make some changes if you want for special bosses.

2. GLYPHS

This major glyphs build can give you more time for rotation, so you can make more damage. Also you can use different minor glyphs, but here is most valuable.

3. Gems

With gems, you can fill missing stats to the cap.

Red: Runed Cardinal Ruby

Blue: Runed Cardinal Ruby or Purified Dreadstone (if socket bonus good, put dreadstone)

4. Professions

In WoTLK all professions is balanced, but the most useful professions in my opinion for the mookin are:

Leatherworking - Wrist enchant +76 SP.

Alchemy - Potion +46 SP.

Enchantment - Rings enchant +46 SP each.

Blacksmithing - 2 prismatic sockets for the gloves and wrist

Inscription - Shoulder enchant +70SP & 8mp/5s regen.

Jewerly - upgraded gems that gives +117 SP each 

Tailoring - Cloak enchant +60SP.

5. Equipment Enchants

Here is a lot of enchants that can be only used while you have specific professions, so you can manage what you need, but here is very popular enchant build.

Head: Arcanum of Burning Mysteries

Shoulder: Greater Inscription of the Storm

Back: Enchant Cloak - Greater Speed

Chest: Enchant Chest - Powerful Stats

Bracers: Enchant Bracers - Superior Spellpower

Gloves: Enchant Gloves - Exceptional Spellpowerr

Waist: Eternal Belt Buckle

Legs: Brilliant Spellthread

6. Weapons Enchants

Here is the best enchants for 1H and 2H weapons:

Two-Handed Weapon: Formula: Enchant Staff - Greater Spellpower

One-Handed Weapon: Enchant Weapon - Mighty Spellpower

7. Rotation

All rotation is based on proc Eclipse. Dont use dot spells during Eclipse, cuz you will lose a lot of damage.

Maintain Faerie Fire on the target.

Cast Starfall when it’s off cooldown

Cast Force of Nature when it’s off cooldown.

Chain cast Wrath during Eclipse (Solar), and cast Starfire during Eclipse (Lunar).

Chain cast Wrath after leaving Eclipse (Solar), and cast Starfire after leaving Eclipse (Lunar), until the next Eclipse proc.

Refresh your DoTs when outside of Eclipse. If you are in Eclipse cast either Wrath or Starfire

If Eclipse has about to start and your DoTs are down: refresh Insect Swarm for Solar and Moonfire for Lunar.

If Eclipse just ended and your DoTs are down: refresh Insect Swarm if you just came out of Lunar, refresh Moonfire if you just came out of Solar.

8. DPS Stat Priority

Here is main stats that you need. INT or spirit isn't so important, so don't focus on them.

Hit 9%(for alliance) and 10%(for horde) from gear, 17% is optimal.

Spell Power - as more as you can

Critical Strike (33% min - 45% optimal cap)

Haste (585 cap, more - better)
